Terms of use and sale

1. Purpose

Create Coloring Books is an online service for designing coloring books, generating their illustrations using artificial intelligence technology, and downloading PDF files.

2. Account

Access to the service requires an account. The user must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials, and remains responsible for activity carried out through their account.

3. Plans and prices

The Free plan is free and includes 2 units per month. Starter costs €12 including tax per month and includes 60 units per month. Pro costs €24 including tax per month and includes 200 units per month. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by Stripe.

4. Order and payment

Before starting a paid subscription, the customer must expressly accept these Terms of Use and Sale and request the immediate performance of the service. Payment is processed by Stripe; MONTARGE SHOP does not receive the full payment card number.

5. Withdrawal and immediate performance

In principle, the consumer has a statutory withdrawal period. When requesting immediate performance of the service, the consumer acknowledges that they will lose their right of withdrawal after the service has been fully performed, under the conditions provided by law. The consumer’s mandatory statutory rights remain applicable.

6. Cancellation

The customer may cancel electronically through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period already paid for: access remains active until then and the subscription is not renewed at the next due date.

7. Content and artificial intelligence

The user is responsible for their instructions and must comply with the law and third-party rights. Automated generation may contain errors or variations; the user must review the files before any use or publication.

8. Availability and liability

MONTARGE SHOP uses reasonable means to provide the service. Limitations of liability never deprive consumers of their mandatory statutory guarantees and rights.

9. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections they enjoy in their country of residence.

11. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint must first be sent to contact@montarge.shop.

MONTARGE SHOP has appointed SAS Médiation Solution under registration number 19507/VM/2609.
